They are seeking a Head of HR Operations to lead their HR team and drive operational efficiency in their global operations.About the Role:As the Head of HR Operations, you'll have the opportunity to shape the HR landscape and make a significant impact on organisational success.Key Responsibilities:Lead HR operational functions including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive process improvements.Provide leadership and mentorship to HR professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven HR operations management experience in a global manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws. Excellent Systems knowledge preferably Workday.This is an exciting role paying circa £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits.
