Yes – I am.Perfect I have a newly created Senior Head of HR/HR Director role reporting directly into the CEO.You will design, lead and be accountable for the People strategy, ensuring it is aligned to the Business growth strategy alongside being a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive team.You will work with the Executive team to develop and champion the culture and drive positive DEI people practices. You will be responsible for all HR standards and service provision within the business, developing and leading the HR function to deliver efficient, expert support to the Business. You will Lead the HR function through change, establishing a clear TOM and performance standards.This role will be challenging, fast paced and play a crucial role in organisational change and business growth.
