What is on the to-do list?
Lead and mentor a team of Business Partners across multiple locations in the UK.
Drive a proactive and solution-oriented approach within the HR team to ensure commercial effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, spendingtimemeeting stakeholders face to face at regional sitesandsupporting the development of HRBPs and enhancing their performance.
Play a pivotal role in the integration processes of acquisitions.
Act as a key liaison between HR and operational teams, balancing strategic priorities while fostering a collaborative approach.
Usedata and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making todrive further business growth.
Do you have the following?
A proven track record of leadership and management within HR.
Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
The ability to drive tangible results with a direct impact on the bottom line.
Experiencein managing multi-site operations within a matrix environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Flexibility to travel extensively in the UK during the initial phase of the role.
Knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
Strong coaching and development skills to empower teams for success.
Being based in the Midlands to enable easier reach to the UK sites would also be advantageous.
