Head of Housing Management

Park Avenue are working with a London Borough looking for a Head of Housing Management.

The role is responsible for the people-side of the Council's Landlord Services (including rent collection, voids, ASB). You will report straight into a Corporate Director and have 5 direct reports (all very competent in their specialist areas!).

The position requires you to have a track record of running successful Housing Management Services in Local Authority settings, as you will be in direct contact with RSH Inspectors, and work closely with the Property Services Division (sitting within a separate directorate).
