THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Head of Growth Accounts, you will be responsible for heading up the Growth team and driving the company's development by increasing revenue within existing business.
You will be responsible for leading the team as well as growing your own territory by pitching and proposing Clevertouch’s consultancy and technical delivery services, focused on realising or maximising a Clients Marketing Technology investment. You will identify when best to engage our expert team of Consultants and Martech specialists as part of your sales engagement for renewals and new opportunities to ensure the proposal is scoped accurately and resourced appropriately.
This role allows you to sell our complete portfolio of services including our software Momentum across all supported Marketing Technologies (including Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement and Strategic Content Management).
You will report into the Chief Revenue Officer. The Clevertouch environment is one based on meritocracy and so an ambitious and successful candidate will be given additional responsibility and autonomy early on.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Achieve quota by retaining and growing existing accounts for Clevertouch. Accounts are defined by Revenue and opportunity and may vary year over year.
· Understanding the clients’ business, aspirations, and direction to propose the most suitable solutions that address their evolving requirements.
· You will require a consultative approach, based on knowledge to provide insight and solutions that alights with the client’s goals.
· Relationships with clients and partners are key to actively seeking ways to enhance their experience with our products and service solutions.
· Build and manage strong relationships at all levels within your accounts with a focus on achieving trusted advisor status.
· Develop and maintain account plans and territory management.
· Own all High Value Touch Points (HVTPs) such as QBRs/strategic review, customer journey mapping, executive engagements.
· You will be responsible for owning the sales cycle including managing all meetings, proposals, presentations, SOWs, pipeline management and forecasting.
· Partner relationships - build strong relationships with AEs and leadership in strategic and emerging partners.
· Analyse growth account data and reports to provide accurate forecasts and revenue outlook.
· Head up and inspire the Growth team, showcasing excellent leadership abilities.
· The role will require travel (mostly London) to client meetings, partner days and events.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
· Degree level education is preferred.
· Ambitious learner - the desire to read and learn will be essential to your development and success.
· 5-10 years in a B2B sales/account management role at senior level.
· Proven experience in leadership.
· Experience writing complex proposals in collaboration with other team members.
· Presentable, credible, friendly and engaging, with experience in presenting proposals both face to face and via video conference.
· Willingness to travel, primarily to London but also wider UK and abroad on rare occasions.
· Experience of selling to C-Suite, Director or Company Owner.
· Proven track record achieving quota in a B2B sales environment.
· Experience with tracking and forecasting opportunities in CRM, with experience of Salesforce preferred but not essential.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
· Marketing Automation or email marketing experience
· Experience of Marketing in a Technology or Services Provider
· Knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot
