Head of Group Accounting

Psd group are exclusively partnering with a large international private equity backed services group with a search for an interim Head of Group Accounting (3-6 months). This highly reputable and award winning market leader is continuing to build out their growth strategy by adding technical expertise to support a number of key projects.
Main Duties will include:
Delivering the group wide finance manual under IFRS. Review, update and standardise any technical memo’s that are outside of the finance manual Support in the standardisation of documents and approach to key technical areas, including, but not exclusive to: PPA Models IFRS 16 – IBR WACC Impairment IFRS 2 – Shares based payments Document control and governance (Partner with Group Financial Controller)
Support the year end process with key technical insight and standardised documentation across each country.
Day rate | £550pd - £700pd | Day rate negotiable
This 3-6 month project will suit an immediately available individual who will have a strong ACA technical IFRS background and has the ability to operate autonomously. My client is open to their industry background and open to either day rate or on a FTC.
