My client, a global asset manager, is looking for a Head of Global Product to lead their product development and strategy functions across a range of public and private asset classes. The role is likely able to be based in London, Paris, Milan, or Frankfurt. Responsibilities:Manage and grow the product team, which is responsible for the ongoing product development, governance, and management of the global product range (this includes funds, segregated accounts, and sub-advised mandates)Oversee the launch of new strategies, including the drafting of business cases, partnering with investment and distribution teams to establish strategyOwn the product strategy in close connection with internal teamsManage the business feasibility analysis and project management of the onboarding process for new segregated accounts and sub-advised mandatesSuggest, review proposals for, and oversee changes to existing funds with a view to ensuring ongoing suitability for clientsMeet the needs of the firm's key strategic markets, by adhering to all regulatory requirements and continuing to deliver the intended solution to clientsRequirements:Strong, demonstrable experience in product within asset managementStrong leadership and team management across locationsGood understanding of asset management services, portfolio management, operational processes, and legal and regulatory requirementsBroad asset class knowledgeBoost your career Boost your career Find thousands of job opportunities by signing up to eFinancialCareers today.
