This pivotal role is perfect for a payroll expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional payroll
services and eager to tackle a global transformation project. Day-to-day of the role:
Define and execute the global payroll strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s objectives and values.Manage daily payroll activities across various countries, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by utilising best practices, technology, and automation.Lead compliance and risk management within payroll operations, maintaining adherence to local regulations and tax laws.Oversee the digital transformation of the global payroll process, including system development and implementation.Cultivate and mentor a robust global payroll team, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.Establish and sustain effective partnerships with third-party payroll providers to secure optimal performance and service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Payroll Professional (CIPP) designation is preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Comprehensive knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple jurisdictions.Proven track record managing large-scale payroll operations in a global organisation.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
