Head of Geospatial Permanent Location – StaffordSalary - Negotiable Depending on ExperienceBenefits – Base Salary, Holiday, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Training & Development A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our surveying clients based in the south east, with a regional office in the Midlands. Their industry is fast-paced and challenging, and requires resilient, hardworking people to deliver quality outcomes to their clients. They work collaboratively to achieve success and are developing innovative solutions to clients’ needs providing surveys in CAD, GIS and BIM modelling. They have been involved in projects such as, Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport, HS2, Silvertown, British Library, Olympic Park, Gatwick Airport and Hinkley Point C. Hiring industry talent is at the heart of my clients strategy to become the number one supplier of Engineering and Utility services in the UK. Some of the services they provide is topographical, measured building land, utilities, drone, GPR & site engineering surveys. Due to this continued growth, they are looking for experienced Head of Geospatial to join their midlands office. Responsibility & Duties Act as the focal point for technical issues, either resolving or delegating Ensure resources are competent and trained to the required levels Support the management in compilation / responses to all approved bids and proposals Ensure all Project Based / Task Based Work Packages (RAMS etc) within Business Unit scope are compliant to company standards and processes Manage and deliver on all assigned projects Working under delegation of responsibility, assist with audits on behalf of Quality and HS&E, ensuring full compliance to defined process Work collaboratively with other Business Unit Project Managers Manage department budgets, sales, supply chain, quality, deadlines, and safety. Proven experience and understanding of business finance/commercialityExperience & Qualification
