Theperson chosen will be passionate about supporting people affected by sightloss, enabling them to live independently and realise their ambitions. You willknow how to engage with people from all walks of life and work with them todeliver solutions that drive Vista forward.You will be required to work 30 hours per week flexibly Monday – Friday.There may be a requirement for some evening/weekend work due to the nature ofthe role. This is a hybrid-based role.Ournew team member will have experience of developing and growing a multitude ofincome streams with the ability to identify potential opportunities and workalongside senior management to steer strategy. They will be a strong,innovative communicator and be experienced at building relationships withinternal and external stakeholders.Reportingto the Director of Finance and Governance, the successful candidate will sit onthe Extended Leadership Team and will be a leading voice on driving forward ourgrowth and ensuring financial sustainability.TheHead of Fundraising & Development will lead two teams, fundraising andretail, providing the vision, leadership, and skills which will enable the usto achieve our organisational objectives.
