Head of FP&A

A market leading company with ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years is recruiting a Head of FP&A to support the company’s strategic aims. Managing a team of two, the key deliverables of the Head of FP&A include:Annual budgeting processMonthly forecasts and variance analysisProduction of relevant and timely information to the business, assessing performance against the company’s strategy and objectivesFive year strategic planning processIdentifying areas for cost improvementProcess improvement and automationThe ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A will:Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Have demonstrable experience in a similar FP&A roleHave worked in a fast paced, high growth businessThe company offer an excellent benefits package that includes car allowance and bonus as well as hybrid working of 3 days office / 2 days home.You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without any restrictions.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
