Head of FP&A Salary: £105,000 - £115,000 per annum | Location: London A great opportunity to join a Lloyd's Underwriter at a time of high growth and business development. The overall remit will be the delivery of FP&A with involvement in capital and liquidity management and investor reporting.. Duties will range from:The delivery of all aspects of FP&A, performance management, management reporting and investor communications for both the syndicate and wider entityExtensive analysis of the drivers of underwriting performance including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and solvency ratiosLead the planning and reforecasting for all entities, including regulatory (Lloyd's) submissionsManagement of a teamThe role has a very close working relationship with senior stakeholders and investors to with respect to business planning and the development of new operating structures and initiativesManagement of the expense budgeting processAs an ongoing basis development of the planning models to reflect business changes and enhanced methodsNumerous ad hoc contributions - examples being to support strategic projects, modelling scenarios, competitor benchmarking, developing analytical tools and framing insightful outputsCandidates should commercial grounding gained in a non-life insurance environment and given the nature of the organization the role is well suited to an individual seeking ongoing career opportunities.**Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process**Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process.Reference: RH/HQ00004844
