We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of FP&A to join our client who are a large, profitable and successful group; rapidly expanding in Merseyside.
Due to our clients substantial growth, this is a newly created role in the business. Reporting directly into an impressive Group Finance Director, this is a key leadership position within the organisation, and it is vital in steering the Commercial and FP&A team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and leadership as they continue to move forward.
Key responsibilities:
As the Head of FP&A, you will play a central role in leading and overseeing the Commercial finance department, encompassing a dynamic and ambitious team of FP&A Analysts and Finance Business Partners.
We are seeking an experienced and decisive leader, coach, and manager who can effectively organise the Commercial finance team, encouraging collaboration, and drive performance improvement. You will provide supervision, direction, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and results driven environment.
