Head of FP&A

The Head of FP&A will join the SLT and attend meetings at board level. Responsibilities including budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, strategic cash management and business decision support.

Perform variance analysis, identifying trends
Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term cash flow management.
Lead the long-term financial models
Develop the FP&A function
Prepare and present financial reports
Provide insights on financial trends and company performance
Prepare monthly management reports, highlighting KPI’s
Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
Act as a key business partner to department heads
Provide financial insight
Profile
Qualfied Accountant
Strong Excel
At least 5+ years in a similar role
Previous “Head of” experience
Job Offer
£80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus
