You will be at the forefront of our strategic central financial operations, driving growth, and ensuring financial excellence across the business. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will spearhead our 3-Year plan process, lead our comprehensive budgeting efforts, and ensure precise financial forecasting and reporting. This role is pivotal in blending analytical prowess with strategic financial oversight to support our ambitious growth and innovation objectives
Role to be based from either our Nottingham, Crewe, or Milton Keynes sites, with travel to our Nottingham site weekly with added benefit of WFH flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Lead the 3-year plan process, developing long-term forecasts and conducting ad hoc scenario analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, coordinating assumptions, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure a streamlined reporting process for our annual budget.
