We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Finished Vehicle Solutions to join the team. The primary purpose of this role is to take full operational, commercial, and budgetary responsibility for the management of a Finished Vehicle Solutions and Inside Track events.
Inside Track is DHL's Finished Vehicle and Fleet management expertise, working with Automotive OEM's and Fleet Operators to satisfy the needs of our customers' customers'.

Working with Automotive OEM's and Fleet Operators to satisfy the needs of our customers' customers'.
Ensure that operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of contractual Key Performance Indicators and responsible for the delivery of key operating measures and Account Profitability.
Taking the lead role in the development of the customer's account, being customer facing as required to listen, understand, and work on operational solutions and potential service enhancements.
Actively work alongside direct and in-direct internal stakeholder/senior management groups to ensure cohesion, the sharing of best business practice and the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Support Account Development with client presentations, monthly/ quarterly reviews and presentation materials and lead Development initiatives that sit wholly within the account structure.
Through the management team, ensure compliance with statutory and company policies on Health & Safety, Employment and Environmental issues including regular monitoring to ensure that a high profile of all these key areas is maintained.

Previous experience in Operational Management roles within a 3PL.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with experience of customer relationship management at a senior level.
Strategic and analytical thinking capability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Operational credibility and robust understanding of end to end supply chains.
Efficient operational practices and continuous improvement knowledge and experience.
Experience in Both tactical elements of delivering the service and building exception customer relationships.
