Continual innovation has delivered unrivalled organic growth, combined with regular M&A activity, creating a diverse group that is highly profitable and generates revenues of c. $1bn.DescriptionThe Head of FP&A, Online is a newly created role to support the high levels of growth within this division. Online has an ambitious organic and inorganic growth agenda, with significant investment in new products and its overall offering. Responsibilities include building annual budgets and forecasts for the different business units and consolidating these into one master budget, as well as analysis of financial performance, competitors and general market trends. The Head of FP&A, Online is tasked with creating financial models to predict growth and performance, whilst evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine and appraise their validity and value. The role requires key relationship building across the commercial teams, working directly with Executuve teams across both B2C and B2B operations.SkillsApplicants must be qualified accountants who can demonstrate proven experience in FP&A, along with a strong record of academic acheivement. The Head of FP&A, Online needs to be a self-starter and must possess high levels of drive, determination and commitment in order to establish the role and to make an impact on the business. The successful candidate will need to solve problems and tackle new challenges whilst dealing with large data sets and working under pressure, with multiple deadlines requiring the capacity to multi-task over various projects. Prior experience working in a PE environment is a strong advantage and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, fast-growing business is essential.
