About the role:At Lincolnshire Co-op, our Group Accountant team stands as a cornerstone in fortifying the financial backbone of our Society. Comprising a dedicated and talented group, the team ensures the alignment of our financial objectives with the broader operational strategies.As our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, based at our Support Centre in Lincoln, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering all aspects of large and complex projects in the delivery of finance transformation at Lincolnshire Co-op. This will include being the lead contributor to number of strategic initiatives within finance and as such being responsible for project definition, delivery and transition to full operational support.Assuming a leadership role in large and complex transactional transformation projects, you'll serve as the primary business lead, leveraging your expertise in active project management using internal change management protocols.
