Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Charlotte Streeten Consulting is partnering with a global distribution & manufacturing business in their search for a Head of FP&A.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will implement the global financial planning process including revenue forecasts, expense projections and capital expenditure plans for all Group operations.
Further responsibilities include:
Redesigning the budget and forecasting process, providing insights regarding performance and ensuring alignment with working capital targets
Seeking continuous process improvements with immediate focus on aligning reporting formats with the City, forecasting full balance sheet and cashflow and building a system for reporting KPIs
Business partner with the Regions and Cost Centres to develop business cases, valuation analysis and integration planning of potential M&A transactions
Forging effective relationships with local teams at all levels to drive strategic collaboration
The ideal candidate will have:
ACA (ICAEW) qualification with significant PQE
Extensive experience of FP&A best practices within International business
A critical mindset to drive change and challenge the status quo
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and provide insights in support of strategic decision making
The business offers hybrid working flexibility with visits to each office site (Midlands, Sussex, London) 2 days every month. There will be 10-15% global travel.
Salary £110,000-£125,000 base + bonus up to 10% + benefits.
