CMC Consulting is working with an exciting and expanding start-up business operating within HealthTech.
Our Client is in search of an experienced finance professional to complete the role of Head of Finance, the successful candidate will be a tenacious and personable leader who will help develop the team ensuring the smooth running of the finance function!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with Founders and Department Heads to provide accurate projections and set sales targets.
Support financing and fundraising activities including financial modeling, business analysis, diligence, and investor relations.
Conduct ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis, including pricing and cost analysis.
Oversee all finance and accounting processes and reporting, ensuring tax and VAT compliance with financial regulations.
Manage month-end reporting, providing variance analyses to Senior Management.
Handle cash flow management.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily finance processes.
Prepare and file year-end accounts.
Skills & Experience:
Must be qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
Experience within a start-up is highly desirable
Strong IT / Software skills
