Job DescriptionFTSE 100CENTRAL LONDON / HYBRID WORKINGSIX FIGURE PACKAGEThe Consultancy Group have partnered with a FTSE 100 business based in Central London who are looking to recruit a Head of Finance for a newly created role. This well-known business has a fantastic employee reputation and is performing well above market expectation.Reporting to a Divisional Finance Director, this Head of Finance role will take ownership for one of the largest P&Ls across the organisation and will play a lead role in improving the quality of reporting through driving insights and in turn influencing decision making.This Head of Finance role will be responsible for managing and developing a large finance team.They will connect and influence the wider business and be well versed in leading change.The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance Professional with at least 5 years Post Qualified Experience gained in a large company environment (strong preference for fast-paced consumer facing businesses). They will have proven technical accounting skills, be experienced within financial planning and analysis, and be used to managing large finance teams.
