As the Head of Finance, you will be remotely leading the Finance Business Partnering function, FP&A and Management Accounts Team for a global non profit organisation.Client DetailsOur client is a complex and global organisation operating as a not-for-profit business headquartered in Oxford.DescriptionThe Head of Finance is responsible for:Remotely leading a team of 10-15 covering Business Partnering, Management Accounting and FP&ABe responsible for annual financial planning cycle, budget process and 3-year planOversee preparation and consolidation of monthly management accountsProvide monthly management information to divisional leads to aid in decision makingLead a team of business partners to design and provide management informationHelp as required in provision of financial information in preparation for auditlead, manage and mentor the teamProfileA successful Head of Finance should have:Fully Qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A and Business PartneringExperience gained in large and complex organisations/ blue chip/ FTSE businessExperience managing a large teamSet up to work remotely ( UK based)Job OfferA competitive daily rate ranging from £350 to £450 per day ( PAYE - Umbrella Co).The opportunity to make a tangible impact in a globally recognised not-for-profit organisation.A supportive and inclusive work culture.Remote workingTAGS:Head of Commercial FinanceHead of FP&AHead of Finance Business Partnering
