Head of Finance - SME

We are currently partnering with a successful and well respected SME retail and ecommerce brand (c £50 million t/over) based at a desirable London location. This is a broad Head of Finance position incorporating both financial accounting, management as well as broader analytical, financial planning and commercial finance activitiesReporting directly to senior leadership you will manage a small team and have the opportunity to gain experience across broad range of responsibilities as followsPreparation of statutory accounting; manage the annual audit and relationship with the auditorsAnalyse risks and identify commercial opportunities on a regular basisBudgets, forecasting as well as associated analysisDrive financial planing on an ongoing basisOversea all cash low and balance sheetDrive ad hoc analysis across margin, sales, channel, product, season etcProvide on going support with ad hoc commercial and strategic decision makinglead process and systems improvement across financeWe are seeking top talent - those who possess a proven track record of success within relevant finance/ commercial finance roles.You will most likely be a capable Finance Manager/ Financial Controller looking for a step up - previous experience in both mainstream and commercial finance would be idealA retail ecommerce or wider consumer background would also be valuableRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation TrustUniversity College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
