Based out of London, this candidate will be fully accountable for developing this team and delivering search and talent advisory solutions to our existing and prospective clients.Our Consultants are currently servicing our existing client portfolio with Finance and Investment professionals, and this candidate will take the lead role for this division, with responsibility to grow and profitably develop the team.This role has the option to follow either a people leader or individual contributor route.Responsibilities: Develop and build AVA Energy’s Finance & Investment function across the UK and Europe delivering search and talent advisory solutions to our existing and prospective clients whilst profitably developing the team function.Lead and develop sales strategies for the Finance and Investment function, in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Present the sales pipeline and forecast to Senior Management with full accountability over delivering against sales budget.Maintain a clear understanding of market trends, recent investment and funding news and high-growth prospective client targets.Represent AVA Energy at industry conferences and exhibitions.Network and develop strong client relationships with existing and prospective clients.Prepare client presentations, with a clear ability to articulate AVA’s solutions to our clients.Personally engage in recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.Responsibility to recruit, train and lead a team of recruiters. We are also open to speaking with high-performing individual contributors for this position.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience and success in a Finance recruitment / search position.Strong billing track-record – either as an individual contributor, or in a people leader team environment.A track-record of headhunting and recruiting senior-level Finance and Investment professionals across the UK and Europe.Strong business developer with a track-record of onboarding new accounts and delivering talent solutions successfully.Proven ability to perform in high visibility, high growth environments.A natural mentor and leader, with excellent interpersonal skills.Demonstrated negotiation and sales ability.Benefits:Relocation opportunities.External training and further qualifications.Competitive base salary and commission structure.3pm Friday finish.2 weeks off over Christmas.Private medical.Hybrid working.Clear opportunities for progression with clear pre-defined career path.Incentives, monthly lunch clubs and holidays.
