This is an exciting time to join a business, who have developed significantly over the past 5 years, to become a large national business.The Head of Finance will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team to ensure the overall success of the business, along with ensuring achievement of the business objectives and results. The Head of Finance will be a strong communicator, with excellent commercial experience, as the business are continually looking for ways to improve, whether that be from a system overhaul, or improvement in processes. Joining a stable team, the Head of Finance will be given full autonomy over the financial operations of the business and will involve management of the team, along with identifying commercial opportunities for the business.Initially this is an interim role as it is a newly created business within the team, and there will be the opportunity to secure a permanent contract, based on performance.
