JOB TITLE: Head of Finance – Cost Transfer Charging and IPI Cost COELOCATION(S): Edinburgh preferred, or BristolHOURS: Full timeAbout this opportunityWe have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Leader to join us in Edinburgh in the Cost Centre of Excellence to be at the centre of the Group cost allocations and Insurance Division cost reporting and planning. Reporting to the Group Cost Management Finance Director, this role is responsible for the leadership of a team of c.20 finance professionals across Edinburgh and Bristol to: operate the Group’s cost transfer charging process; deliver month end cost reporting and planning for Cost allocations and the IP&I Division, and provide key SME input to the Finance Transformation Programme.Day to day you’ll;Lead processes to deliver comprehensive cost allocations process, both from a management perspective and also to meet the Group’s transfer pricing obligationsDeliver
forecasting/budgeting/planning
processes for IP&I costs and Cost Allocations – and associated control responsibilitiesCritical SME to Finance Cost Transformation particularly for Cost Distributions and also on reporting and forecastingOperate the IP&I ABR model and working group on behalf of the IP&I Finance teamSupport external reporting and transfer pricing requirementsOperate the SOX controls relating to IP&I costs and Cost Allocations and deliver complianceDrive a culture of operational improvements and self serve reportingBuild and maintain a high performing team to ensure colleagues are led and developed effectively.Part of the Group Cost Management Leadership Team, contributing to establishing a clear common purpose across the team of c.200 colleagues.About usIf you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong.
