Head of Fibre - Hybrid/Nottingham

As the Head of Fibre Build, your duties & responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage a large and diverse multi skilled team across the East Midlands.

• Manage and deliver our deliverables against FTTP build contracts

. • Manage our client relationship.

• Lead the correct safety & quality behaviours.

• Manage/ drive supply chain & DL management.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

• A passion for delivery, capable of working on several key projects simultaneously.

• A proven track record of hitting targets.

• Capable of nurturing and leading a Zero Harm culture within the region, focusing on quality, safety and assurance.

• The ability to work under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and suppliers. • Building an infrastructure on the Openreach Network from head end to premise.
