Head of Family

Job Description
An award winning Worcestershire law firm is looking to appoint a new Head of Family Law to oversee their well respected and busy family department.
The current Head of department has been with the firm for many years and is due to retire in the coming months. It is now that the firm wish to identify their successor.
The role will be to act as main point of contact in the Family department. To mentor the junior members of the department and to drive forward the departments presence in the area.
The role will combine management and fee earning. Therefore the successful applicant will have previous experience in managing a team and department.
As this role is a succession role no following will be required however someone with the ability to introduce contacts and existing referrers would be advantageous.
