Job DescriptionOversee the management and maintenance of all facilities.Develop and implement facilities strategies and procedures.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.Lead, direct and manage the facilities team.Participate in the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication systems and building projects.Negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Facilities should have:A qualification in Facilities Management.Proven experience in facilities management within a large organisation.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
