Head of Facilities & Infrastructure

Job Description
We are currently working with a leading train operating provider who are seeking a Head of Facilities & Infrastructure to join them on their journey driving a customer-first culture.
Reporting into a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for improving the train care centres and outstations across 4 main depots and influencing strategies.
The ideal candidate will need experience with old buildings, depots and setting a strategy.
The must haves:
Experience in delivering significant infrastructure projects
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate the overarching strategy into business cases
Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
Must have a good knowledge and understanding of railway operations (or other safety critical industries)
This is a permanent full-time role based at Manchester, Leeds, York or Newcastle depot.
