Head of Estates

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Estates to join our operational leadership team, reporting directly to the Operations Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the Estates Management and Maintenance teams across our four garrisons, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with our Army customers. As the Head of Estates, you will lead and manage the Estates Management and Maintenance teams comprising 270 people across all garrisons. This encompasses overseeing Reactive Engineering, Planned Maintenance, Asset Management and Surveying, Estates Data & CAD Operators, Meter Reading team, and Communication & Information Services. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring compliant and safe estates in accordance with statutory requirements, engineering good practice, and our company's management processes.
A significant aspect of your role involves driving contractual and statutory compliance through the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes, coordinating remedial activities, and ensuring the completion of Reactive Maintenance tasks in line with our contractual obligations.
