Head of Estates in Wrexham

Our client is looking for a Head of Estates to be based in Chester.
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate they are both adaptable and flexible with experience of leading a team in delivering efficient and effective Estates services. We need someone who will embrace change and develop teams to ensure service delivery to the highest level across the site
We are looking for someone who shows strong evidence of senior management of Estates operations, with proven experience of managing complex projects in a large organization.
Experience of managing complex assets and medium sized capital projects is essential for this role.
Pay is 60000 plus excellent benefits
