Join our company as Head of Estates & Facilities Manager!
Do you excel in facilities management and inspire teams to achieve their best? We’re looking for a skilled Head of Estates & Facilities Manager to lead our Facilities, Housekeeping, and Catering services.
Role Details:
Hours:
37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings/weekends)
Travel:
East Midlands (company car provided)
Management:
Facilities Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, Catering Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage estate projects and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Oversee facilities and maintenance teams and manage contractors
Maintain hospice vehicles and ensure high-quality housekeeping and catering services
Requirements:
NEBOSH National Diploma or IWFM Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership in facilities management
Strong health & safety management skills
