Head of Estates & Facilities

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Estates and Facilities for an organisation in Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have leadership and management experience, leading on the delivery of soft services and ensuring Health and Safety standards are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
management of the estates operations to ensure that high performance standards are achieved
the organisation meets their requirements under current regulation relating to Health and Safety legislation
as the Estates Lead you will ensure that compliance, Health and Safety and service delivery are at a high standard
the overall Estates & Facilities budget, delegating budgets to individual team leads, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services
management of the housekeeping, catering and maintenance managers to include recruitment, personal development and training
The successful candidate will have:
NEBOSH Qualification
experience within a similar role
valid driving license
