The ideal candidate will have leadership and management experience, leading on the delivery of soft services and ensuring Health and Safety standards are met.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The management of the estates operations to ensure that high performance standards are achievedEnsuring the organisation meets their requirements under current regulation relating to Health and Safety legislationActing as the Estates Lead you will ensure that compliance, Health and Safety and service delivery are at a high standardManaging the overall Estates & Facilities budget, delegating budgets to individual team leads, ensuring timely procurement of goods and servicesDay-to-day management of the housekeeping, catering and maintenance managers to include recruitment, personal development and training
The successful candidate will have:
NEBOSH QualificationPrevious experience within a similar roleFull, valid driving license
