You will look at the curriculum as a whole and be prepared to co-operate with other Heads of Department. You should also support the Deputy Head Academic and Learning with curriculum developments. You will ensure that Departmental expenditure is contained within the budget.You will monitor the work and progress of pupils in your subject and ensure continuity of work and records.To be considered for this role you will have a degree in English/English Literature, QTS or other appropriate teaching qualification and be an experienced English Teacher.
