Head of Engineering 

Salary: £90,000 + 10% Bonus + Private Medical

Location: Kiveton 

An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a experienced and qualified Head of Engineering to work for a blue chip multi national industrial manufacturing company based near Kiveton. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering functions in a very fast paced production facility. The Head of Engineering will be involved in managing budgets, Capital Expenditure, Man Management of all engineering staff and the Plant reliability. The Ideal candidate will come from a fast paced manufacturing background and be highly motivated to make a positive impact. 

Skills required for the Head of Engineering:

• Engineering Qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical
• Experienced in managing Large Teams in Manufacturing Environment 
• Experience managing CAPEX budgets
• Training and Development of Staff 
• Management of All Engineering Fuctions
