Head of Engineering

Responsibilities:
If you're a seasoned Head of Engineering with a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, then we want to hear from you. A strong technical background with development experience is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You’ll be accountable for a number of teams within the organisation in which you will oversee the delivery, ensuring each team is working towards key milestones and meeting the objectives. Each team will be focused on delivering a host of new features and functionality that will continue to enhance our customer experience, whilst improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our core systems.
You will work closely with a Head of Product, Principle Agile Coach and our two other Head of Engineers, reporting into our Director of Engineering and CPTO with your Tribe focusing on our web to app offerings, our pet health hub, and tech for communicating. This will be made up of 4 teams consisting of Engineering Managers, Designers, Product and up to 8 Software Engineers per team.
