Head of Engineering UK - Fully Remote Opportunity!
Discover The Opportunity: Discovered are currently partnered with a globally leading Ad-Tech company. They have created a unique SaaS platform that is used by the biggest names across the UK to keep the billion pound industry up-to-date with technology trends.
Duties:
Leading the Software Engineering and DevOps teams who are also based fully remote across the UK.
Partner with product management and delivery teams to align and prioritise development initiatives.
Provide leadership and direction to the teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Collaborate with leaders within your team to help support business objectives.
Participate in the development, and lead the execution of the product roadmap.
What are they looking for?
5+ years of building and supporting large teams who have worked fully remote.
Expert level knowledge with .Net and AWS.
Experience working with enterprise architecture and interface design on an SaaS platform.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree.
