Head of Engineering RemoteWe've partnered with an exciting start up in the travel industry who are seeking a skilled hands on Head of Engineering. You'll be instrumental in shaping their long-term tech strategy and leading technical development. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll serve as a key liaison between leadership and the technical team. This is a remote role, with the expectation to travel to NY and Paris on occasion.Responsibilities· Develop a long term technical strategy to facilitate growth whilst maintaining a hands on approach with technical development· Build and scale the technical team & provide mentorship and guidance· Responsibility of implementing the technological leadership and road map, identifying new opportunities for innovationRequirements· Experience as a Head of Engineering/Tech Lead within a start up environment· Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Node· Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP· Possess technical expertise with a background in development & strategyPlease apply for immediate consideration
