Head of Engineering

Job Description:
As the Head of Engineering / Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for leading our engineering department, driving the development of high-quality software solutions for casino gaming and sports betting platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technology strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring our products not only meet but exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering team in the development, launch, and maintenance of software products.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps.
Ensure the alignment of product development with company goals and market needs.
Oversee the technical architecture and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, from concept through delivery and support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the online gambling industry.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, encouraging their professional growth.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of external technologies and services.
Stay abreast of technology trends and advancements in the casino and sports booking industry.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in the online gambling, casino, or sports booking industries. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies. Extensive experience with the technologies and frameworks commonly used in the development of online gambling platforms. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to online gambling. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technology solutions. Ready to relocate to India (Noida).
