Head of Engineering

ACJ Search are partnering with a major Midlands based FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a Head of Engineering to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role with multi-site accountability. You would be joining at a time of significant capital investment across all sites. This is a broad role which will take responsibility for end-to-end asset care, capability and process improvement. You will have a focus managing capex and delivering long term development plans. We are looking for someone with very strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and improvement through coaching and development. We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:
A strong leader with experience of managing broad teams and driving improvement.
In-depth maintenance management experience and a track record of improvement in reliability of production.
A technical background within FMCG food and drink manufacturing.
Continuous improvement mindset.
This is a permanent, office based position.
