A Head of Engineering is required for a busy multi-disciplinary design company based in the Fareham area. �You will take responsibility for department management, project management and engineering management. �This will involve management and technical oversight of multiple concurrent design projects. �

With responsibility for a multidisciplinary team, with a mix of Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Engineers along with Project Management, you will lead the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. �This is currently a team of around 15. �Furthermore you will ensure that the technical capabilities of the department provide a benchmark of excellence for all current projects in order to secure future business.

The successful candidate will have a background within a similar role as the head of a multi disciplinary engineering team. �This will include both strong technical knowledge along with excellent and proven team management experience.
