Being the only menopause support app certified by ORCHA, it is trusted by healthcare professionals to be used as part of the treatment pathway.

They are looking for a Head of Engineering to build a new team and culture of Engineering excellence to support them at this exciting time in their journey. We are looking for someone with:Experience with Engineering, Testing and DevOps engineering functionsExperience thriving within a startup environmentExperience with defining and owning the products that your team buildsStrong problem solving and analytical mindset – with the ability to manage software engineering processes, especially in regulated environmentsExperience mentoring a high performing teamExtensive experience in building scalable platforms – familiar with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies – and BDD, ATDD, TDDExperience working with clean code in an Agile environmentExperience with mobile teams with specific experience within React Native, AWS and node.js You will be our first engineering hire and be responsible for:Development of the app, Testing, deployment in the cloud, maintenance & security and the Data Centre.Hiring, coaching and mentoring engineers & quality engineers of all levels Creating a learning environment that provides psychological safety, inclusivity and a high level of job satisfaction If you don't feel as though you tick all the boxes - I'd still love to hear from you!
