SummaryAs the Head of EMEA Data Centers, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and driving business growth in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's data center business.

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the EMEA Data Centers division, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
Provide guidance on market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for data center expansion within the EMEA region.
Foster relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all data center facilities in the EMEA region.
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
Implement cost-effective strategies while maximizing revenue streams.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of regional regulations and compliance requirements affecting data center operations.
Ensure all facilities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performance team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Customer Satisfaction:
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.
Address customer concerns and collaborate with client management teams to enhance partnerships.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks associated with data center operations.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard business interests.
Industry Trends and Innovation:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to enhance the competitiveness of data center offerings.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the data center industry, particularly in the EMEA region.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data center operations and driving business growth.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, infrastructure, and industry standards.
Additional InformationSalary commensurate with experience and background. Bonus eligible.
