You will be required in the office 3 days / week.Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, the Head of Ecommerce will play a pivotal role in shaping their ecommerce strategy, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey and customer experience, as well as taking responsibility for growing, leading and developing the existing ecommerce team.The role will include:Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy, in line with the business objectionsDeliver top line and EBITDA growth across existing and new product linesLead the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvementsManage external agencies and ensure they’re deliveringCollaborate cross functionally with other departmentsTo be considered for this role, you will have strong online trading experience including CRO and an understanding of how online trading, acquisition and brand work together.You will need a minimum of 5 years working in an ecommerce retail environment with proven resultsDemonstrate ability to develop and implement successful ecommerce strategics that drive revenue growthExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insightsBe an exceptional and inspirational leader£80k + performance based bonusHybrid working in a great cultureOpportunity to be part of the growth of this brilliant brandSeniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Marketing Industries Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Forward Role Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
