Its App allows employees to unlocked incentives by achieving health goals that they can then spend on everything from gym memberships to holidays !!Role:As the Head of E-Commerce, you will help create a rewards & retail strategy. You will design and implement the company's e-commerce strategy, target, onboard and manage retail partners. Whilst building a world class team deliver on the plan and manage all-things e-commerce on a daily basisCreate sales forecast and annual budgetImplement, track and report on KPIsCreate organisation chart and recruitment planWork with Head of marketing to build customer communicationsWork with Head of support to build robust support processWork with CTO to ensure technology supports the strategy that's been signed off.Build process to manage all aspects of ecommerce; including real-time stock levels, special offers/promotions, personalisation based on user data & automated competitive pricing analysis.Create a partner strategy that focuses on sustainable partnershipsPartnering with 'on-brand' high complimentary health product and services partners.Agree commercials and build a plan to onboard.Overseeing the retail product launch schedule and ensuring retail partners have an outstanding experience.Work closely with marketing team to deliver promotions and key campaigns in appBuild reporting dashboard to present valuable data back to product partners on sales targets and quarter on quarter growth.Working closely with the CTO on support feature requestsResearch video commerce solutions, test and trail solutions and then manage roll out.Experience:Proven track record of building and implementing e-commerce strategiesRetail partner relationships you can leverage to accelerate Earn It retail experienceExperience managing and developing retail partnersExperience managing ecommerce platforms and complimentary toolsEnd-to-end retail experience, from shop to back-end fulfilmentStrong understanding of analytics tools and successful customer journeysComfortable using and acting on data to optimise retail site performanceStrong commercial acumen, and comfortable with Retail environments and daily trading challengesRoll your sleeves up independent operator and leader, able to adapt in a high growth environmentUnderstanding or experience in SEOKnowledge of HTML and basic online content editing, and a technical mindsetApply now:You can apply for this role now by sending us your CV or by calling us now!Manager - Martech & SaaS0770100838802037639757We recruit for a variety of opportunities in Digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
