Job Description(Head of Digital - Maternity Cover) Outside IR35 - £650 - £700/day Duration: 12 MonthsStart Date: June Location: 2 days onsite in Farringdon Responsibilities:Be responsible for project budgets and deadlines.You will be involved in the hiring process. Bringing in developers across both the front & backend. (React & .NET).Identify and implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies, testing, and quality assurance.Be able to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Requirements:A very strong technical background, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.Previously managed a team of 5+ developersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development best practices, and modern software development tools.Please share your CV to apply.
