Job DescriptionLead the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy.Manage all digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance and make necessary adjustments.Collaborate with internal and external partners to create innovative digital campaigns.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies in the FMCG industry.Lead a team of digital marketing professionals.Report on digital performance to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Digital should have:A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and product sales through innovative marketing campaigns.Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive digital initiatives.Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing analytics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
