Head of Performance Marketing
Brighton, Sussex / Hybrid
Salary up to £70,000
Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful international company in the eCommerce sector. Continued success and growth have led them to grow their internal Paid Media team. They are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Manager / Head of performance Marketing, who has managed £m+ budgets and managed a team of people, to head up this growing team. Working across international marketing also, this is an exciting and big role for the right person ready to take on this challenge in a supportive and collaborative company.
This is a hands-on Paid Media job that could be suited to someone from agency background, looking to move in-house. It is also hybrid working half the week in the Brighton office and half working from home. It is NOT fully remote.
Responsibilities for this had of Performance Manager job include:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC and conversion rate improvement.
Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
For this Head of Performance Marketing job, you should have:
Proven experience in paid media management, with a track record of successfully driving performance focussed KPIs through digital advertising campaigns. Ideally from an eCommerce or a lead generation focus sector.
Managed large budgets across a spectrum of disciplines, ideally in international markets.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in paid media management. From either agency or in-house backgrounds.
“Hands on” proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a bonus.
